本粉碎机组由粉碎机，物料收集箱和吸尘器 组成。解决物料在粉碎过程中粉尘飞扬。 本机的工作原理是物料进入粉碎室，在高速 旋转的活动齿盘与固定齿盘间受齿的冲声、剪切、 磨擦及物料间的相互撞声的作用下被粉碎、经筛 纲筛选后即成为所需的粉料。 本粉碎机组的粉碎机、物料收集箱的吸尘器， 全部采用不锈钢料制作。符合药品生产的“GMP” 要求。 GF300A2X，GF400A2X型是在GF300AX、 GF400AX型机组的基础上增加了水冷却装置。 GF300AX、GF400AX型和GF300A2X、 GF400AX型粉碎机组是把粉碎机和收集箱有机结 合起来并采用垂直下出料结构，使某些流动性较 差的物料粉碎后出料流畅，机内无积粉现象。。

All parts of the pulverizing machine are consists of the GF300A pulverizer, material collecting box and dust collector. The pulverizer settled dust-rise in the course of pulverizing. Its working principle is briefly as follows. After entering the pulverizer chamber, raw materials are turned into powder by the action of bumping, shearing, and rubbing between fixed toothed disks and mobile toothed disks in high speed, and as well as mutual colliding of different particles of materials. All parts of the machine are made of stainless steel, the process of pro-duction accorded with requirement of GMP. GF300A2 comes with water cooling system based on GF300A. GF300AX and GF300A2X consist of pulverizer and material collecting box and adopt vertical discharge structure. It is necessary for those materials with bad flow character discharging smoothly and without any left inside chamber.
