HBL II型瓶装自动线是在HBL100瓶装自动线基楚上的改进型。由BGH型理瓶机、SPH型筛动式数片机、FSXH
塞纸旋盖机、FR型铝箔封口机及TBL型不干胶贴标机（或TBS型自动上糊贴标机）等组成。能连续完成自动进瓶、
计数、灌装、塞纸、上盖、旋盖、封口和粘贴标签等工序。具有包装速度较快，运行平稳，调试方便等优点，还可
以根据生产场地改变机组的组成件数或走向，适应需要。HBL Ii型瓶装自动线中的理瓶机、数片机、塞纸旋盖机采
用封闭形式符合药品生产的GMP要求，是医药、食品、化工等行业进行塑瓶灌装的理想设备。我公司还有PF型瓶
盖铝箔纸电动塞机，FSG干燥剂塞入机，供用户配套使用。
The Model HBL H automatic BOTTLING line is an improved model of the Model HBL 100 Automatic Bottling Line. The line is composed
of Model BG II Bottle Sorting Machine, Model SP H Screening Tablet Counting Machine, Model FSX II Paper Inserting and Capping Machine,
Model FR Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine and Model TB Sticky Paper Labeling Machine(Model TBS Automatic Glue Applying and Labeling
Machine). It can perform a continuous operation of advancement of the bottles, counting, filling, paper inserting, cap applying, capping,
sealing and adhesion and labeling. It features fast packing, consistent running and easy commissioning. It can also meet the needs by
changing the orientation or the quantity of the machines in the composition of the line in accordance with the space of the production site.
