整套设备包括一台主机及控制系统、一台预干燥机二节，一台干燥机三节、一只移动集合化胶罐、一套模具及一
可移动平台。整套设备用材考究，完全符合GMP要求，适用于医药、食品、化妆等多种行业。
Model RGY6X15S Soft-gel Encapsulating Machine is a novel water-cooling encapsulating machine most recently developed by this
company. It adopts the newest technologies and materials and integrates the technologies and features in the production of soft gels with
elaborate design fully in compliance with the GMP requirements. The machine can satisfy the requirements of the production in small
batches in the laboratories for the development of new products.
The machine adopts a number of technologies for automatic control, resulting in being easy to operate, stable in perfomance and
reliable in operation. The whole machine adopts optimal design, with complete functions and compact structure. The set of the equipment
consists of one main machine with control system, one drying machine consisting of three sections one integlated mobile mesting tank, one
set of die roller and one perdrying machine consisting of two sections one mobile platform. The complete unit adopts selected materials, in complete compliance with the GMP requirements. It is applicable to many industries such as pharmaceuticals, foodstuff and cosmtics.
This machine is equipped with electonic control box, each drying cage is able to rotary go round separately , in order to make the
capsule easy to fix, wash and dry. The machine has advantages such as high capacity, easy to clean, disassembly, maintain, etc. For
extending the machine longevity, please plus the machine lubrication oil regularly, and change the lubrication oil in time. This machine
